Every consignment travels with the documents its route requires. Here is what exists today, who issues it, and what we do not hold yet.
Phytosanitary Certificate

Issued at origin after an official inspection of the plants, to the phytosanitary requirements of the destination country. It travels with the consignment and is what the border inspection checks first.
Commercial Invoice and Packing List

- BYS Flora International
- Required for
- Every consignment
Our own documents for each order: what was sold, in what quantities and pot sizes, on which delivery terms. Customs and the importer work from them.
Proof of Origin

- At origin, in the form the route requires

- Where the destination or a tariff preference requires one
Shows where the plants were grown. Which form is needed depends on the route (for EU import, preferential proof where it applies), and we confirm it before we quote.
Not held yet
Buyers often ask about MPS-ABC, GlobalG.A.P., FSI. We do not hold them today. When we do, they will be listed here with their certificate numbers, and not before.
