For growers · supply accounts
Grow the plants.
Skip the exporting.
Post what you have coming and what it costs you. We find the customer, set the selling price and move it — and your name and your costs stay out of our catalogue and our quotes.

01
Post it
Plant, pot size, how many, your cost and when it is ready. Type it in, or connect BYS Botanica and let it arrive on its own.
02
We answer
Every offer is confirmed or declined by a person, and we email you the moment it is. Nothing reaches a customer before that.
03
We sell it
Confirmed stock goes into the catalogue our buyers work from. You grow to the date; the customer and the border are ours.
Steps 01 and 02, up close
Everything you have
offered us, in one list.
What we have taken, what is still with us, and what we could not use. Change your mind about a quantity and you can say so here — plants you have already sold to us keep counting until we agree the change.

What you keep
Your costs stay
your business.
In our catalogue and our quotes a customer sees a plant, a pot size and a lead time — not which nursery grew it, what you charged, or how much of it you have.
- Your identity
- Not in our catalogue or quotes; plant-health documents may name you
- Your cost price
- Seen by BYS only, never published
- Export paperwork
- Agreed per grower: ours, or yours where you already do it
- Freight
- Arranged per order, on the delivery terms we sell
- Changing an offer
- The old one counts until we agree the new
- Cost to you
- Nothing to join, nothing to list
BYS Botanica
Run the nursery on it, and
your stock posts itself.
Botanica is what we built to run a tissue-culture nursery properly: lots and batches tracked stage by stage, losses where they happen, pot sizes, labels, forecasts. Connect it once, and the lots you choose to offer reach us without anybody re-typing a thing: ready now, or later with when they are expected.

Applying
Tell us what
you grow.
We read every application ourselves — usually within two working days — and we write either way. Nothing you post is visible to a customer until we have confirmed it.
Your nursery
Legal name, registered address, where you grow, and the export registrations you already hold.
Who we will be talking to
One name, one address. Your growers can be added afterwards.
What you grow
Growing area, the crops you run, pot sizes and roughly how much you turn over a year.
